If you know one thing about me, you know that I identify as green. People always ask me, “Why green?”, and the truth is, I honestly don’t know. For my whole life, the color green has always just felt so “me.” Something about the color just feels right. 

Getting stuck in a bathroom was not on my high school bingo card. It’s an experience that most people can’t say they’ve had.

You’re not always supposed to be honest. Sometimes someone will ask you something, and they expect you to lie in your response. And if you’re honest, they get mad.

I’m about to be a senior in high school. In fact, by the time this blog comes out, I will be starting my senior year.

I’m currently in a sticky situation with someone. Basically, I met someone, but we're not allowed to be together for complicated reasons.

According to Ms. Murphy, the school nurse at the Liberal Arts and Science Academy, I’m the clumsiest student at LASA. I would say that’s probably true. I’d say I go to the nurse at least once a month, if not more.

I’m 16 now. Which means I’ve officially been a teenager for three years. When I was younger I used to look up to teenagers. They seemed so cool and so old.

I recently realized that I’m a codependent person. I’m the type of person who can get really attached to a person I love, to the point where I want to be around them 24/7. I’ve always loved and cared about people, and I’ve always cherished my relationships with friends and family.

I never quite knew what grief felt like before. My grandma died when I was five, but I wasn’t old enough yet to understand. I’ve gone through breakups, but I’m a pretty resilient person, so I got over those pretty quickly.
